Conscious Breathing

🌬👃💙 The nose has a right and a left side; we use both to inhale and exhale. Yet, they are different: the right side represents the Sun, and the left side represents the Moon.

✨ When you have a headache, try closing your right nostril and breathe through your left. After about five minutes, the headache should ease.

✨ If you feel tired, do the opposite: close your left nostril and breathe through your right… In moments, your mind will feel uplifted.

✨ The right side belongs to “heat” (the Sun), so it warms quickly; the left side is “cool” (the Moon).

✨ Most women breathe predominantly through the left side of their nose, while most men breathe through the right.

✨ Notice, when you wake up, which side breathes more freely—the right or the left? If it’s the left, you may feel tired.

✨ In that case, close your left nostril and breathe through your right; you will quickly feel more energized.

✨ This should be taught to children and is highly effective for adults as well.

✨ With conscious breathing, the body becomes strong and healthy; excess weight melts away, the face glows, the eyes sparkle, and a unique radiance flows from your presence.

✨ The voice becomes gentle and melodious. The appetite is no longer prey to illness.

Digestion becomes smoother.

✨ The whole body purifies, and the mind finds focus with ease.

✨ Consistent practice awakens the sleeping spiritual forces within, bringing joy and inner light.
