Repeat inwardly with absolute certainty that each word is a truth already fulfilled, written into your cells and into the eternal memory of your soul.

I recognize that my body is a temple of divine wisdom.

I place unshakable trust in its infinite capacity for regeneration, healing, and expansion.

Every cell, every fiber of my being hears this sacred vibration and responds with vitality, balance, harmony, and unconditional Love.

My subconscious now awakens the deep memory of perfect health, already alive within me.

My DNA naturally aligns itself with the eternal frequency of Life and Divine Perfection.

In this moment, I gently yet firmly release all old programming, all beliefs, all memories that once limited or confined me.

I return them to the Light and behold them transmuted into pure healing energy, into thoughts of well-being, into emotions of gratitude, into vibrations of joy.

I surrender completely to the certainty that my body is restoring itself in this very instant, and with each day my vitality increases, my strength is renewed, and my energy flows like an inexhaustible spring.

I am the creator, the observer, and the healer of my own biology.

From my conscious connection with the Quantum Field of Light, my subconscious now imprints and reproduces the information of perfection throughout my entire being.

I decree that my heart beats in perfect coherence with the Universe, that my mind radiates peace, and that my whole body reflects the brilliance and harmony of my eternal soul.

Nothing outside of me has power over me, for within me dwells the Creative Force that transforms all things.

I am Health.

I am Balance.

I am constant Regeneration.

Each thought is a seed of love, peace, and gratitude, and this new code of life is now written, forever, in my subconscious.

This code flows without effort, without resistance, as a natural current of Light and Energy that accompanies and nourishes me at every instant.

From now on, my subconscious reproduces only the highest information, projects only visions of wholeness, and creates only emotions that strengthen my body, my heart, and my spirit.

I know myself as a Complete Being, a pure channel of Light, an infinite field of Healing and Love in which everything is already in Divine Order.

I breathe deeply, and with each breath I activate a living decree, a vibrating prayer, an awakening of my creative power.

With every breath I know and I feel:

My body is healthy.

My mind is serene.

My energy increases and radiates.

And my subconscious joyfully and faithfully follows this sacred program of Life.

And so it is!
