Visualize your parents in front of you, and behind them, your grandparents, great-grandparents, uncles, aunts, and other relative, ancestors.

To each of them, you may say:

"Today, I want to honor my entire family, especially my ancestors. I come from you! 

You are my origin. By arriving before me, you have made my path easier. Today, I give you a place in my life, in my heart, and in the family system.

Today, I honor you all: those who have passed and those who are still here.

The good and the bad, the rich and the poor, the healthy and the sick, those who have succeeded and those who have failed. I pay tribute to every one of you, especially those who have been excluded for some reason. I wouldn't be here if you hadn't come before me. I carry you all with me in every step I take and in everything I do.

From today, every step I take with my right foot, I will do it with my father and his entire family. Every step I take with my left foot, I will do it with my mother and her family, respecting the destinies of all.

I ask you to give me your blessing to be the healthiest, most prosperous, most loved, most loving, and most abundant person in the world. I will do so in your honor by holding high my last name and roots.

Thank you, dear dad, thank you, dear mom. Thank you, dear ancestors."
