  • 6 tablespoons nigella (black seed) powder
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, lightly roasted in a pan
  • 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
  • 3 Brazil nuts
  • 10 walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon Manuka honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Optional additions (for extra benefits):

  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • A pinch of black pepper (enhances turmeric absorption)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon for flavor and blood-sugar balance

Preparation

  1. Roast the sesame seeds
    Place sesame seeds in a dry pan over low heat. Stir for 2–3 minutes until lightly golden and fragrant. Allow them to cool.
  2. Prepare the base
    In a food processor, add the pitted dates, Brazil nuts, walnuts, and almond butter. Blend until a thick paste forms.
  3. Add the healing ingredients
    Add nigella powder, roasted sesame seeds, flaxseed, olive oil, and Manuka honey. Process again until the mixture becomes uniform and slightly sticky.
  4. Adjust the texture
    If the mixture is too dry, add a teaspoon of olive oil or honey. If too sticky, add a little flaxseed.
  5. Form the balls
    Roll the mixture into small balls about the size of a walnut.
  6. Refrigerate
    Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7–10 days.



How to Take Them

Eat:

  • 1 ball in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach
  • 1 ball in the evening, before bedtime
