My journey in the culinary arts began at the Institut de Tourisme et d’Hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ) and was refined across global culinary capitals. For over two decades, I have nourished individuals through French cuisine, evolving this work into energetic and spiritual nourishment. Meals become gateways for grounding, clarity, and presence.
After my bone marrow transplant, creativity and spirituality merged, giving rise to profound insights and transformative projects. My spiritual books — Semper Fidelis: Always Faithful — Healing by Planting Love Within — Beyond the Veil: Living the Presence of the Invisible and the Continuity of Love — serve as companions for inner transformation, grief, and awakening.
