An Invitation to a Circle of Prayer, Love, and Presence
There are moments in life when we find ourselves carrying more than words can express. A concern for someone we love, an illness, a loss, an uncertain future, or a quiet longing for peace. Sometimes, we know exactly what we wish to ask of God. At other times, all we can offer is our presence, our breath, and the silent movement of our heart. And sometimes, what we need most is simply to know that someone is praying for us. This is the spirit in which I created Who Is Praying for You?, a quiet space on my website where anyone who wishes may entrust a name, a prayer intention, or a part of their journey to a circle of prayer.
The Quiet Presence of Prayer
Prayer has accompanied me throughout my life. It is woven into my mornings, my moments of silence, my gratitude, and the way I carry those who cross my path. Over time, my understanding of prayer has deepened through experiences of love, illness, grief, healing, and the mysteries of existence. I have come to experience prayer as a living communion, a way of opening the heart to God and to the presence of love that reaches beyond what we can see.
Within my spiritual journey, this communion also includes the Angels, guides, beings of Light, and those whose love continues beyond the veil. Each day, I hold many names and intentions in prayer. Some belong to people I know personally. Others belong to individuals whose stories I may never fully hear. Yet each name represents a life, a heart, and an experience deserving of tenderness. I believe there is something profoundly human in this simple gesture: remembering another person in prayer.
When Someone Else Carries Our Name
Throughout our lives, we move between moments of strength and moments when we need the strength of others. There are seasons when prayer flows naturally. We find the words to express our gratitude, our hopes, and our concerns. There are also seasons when exhaustion, sorrow, fear, or uncertainty leave us searching for those words. During such moments, knowing that someone else is holding our name in prayer can offer a quiet sense of companionship. We may still be waiting for answers. We may still be navigating difficult circumstances. Yet the knowledge that we are remembered, that someone has paused to hold us in loving intention, can bring a gentle warmth to an otherwise difficult day. Sometimes, accompanying another person begins with something as simple as remembering their name.
A Circle Open to Every Heart
The page Who Is Praying for You? was created as an invitation to enter this circle in whatever way feels right.
You may visit quietly, read the prayers, and allow yourself a moment of stillness. You may hold someone you love in your own prayers. You may also choose to entrust your name, or the first name of someone close to you, to my daily circle of prayer. Perhaps you are praying for a loved one facing illness. Perhaps someone in your family is grieving. Perhaps you are experiencing a life transition, carrying an important decision, or simply hoping for greater peace.
Your intention may be expressed in a few words or held quietly within your heart. Every sincere intention deserves to be received with respect. There is no fee for entering this circle of prayer, and nothing is expected in return. Names and intentions entrusted to me are treated privately and with discretion.

A Personal Invitation to Share Your Prayer Intention
For those who wish to reach out more directly, I have also created a simple and private form called Share a Prayer Intention.
Through this form, you may share what is resting on your heart. You can write a few words about yourself, someone you love, or a situation you would like to entrust to prayer. You are welcome to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable expressing.
The form provides a direct way for your intention to reach me. I receive these messages personally, and I will write back to you by email with care and discretion. Sometimes, a person simply wishes to know that their intention has been received. At other times, they may welcome a personal prayer, written especially for what they are experiencing. Both gestures belong to the same intention: to accompany another human being with presence, respect, and love.
The Mystery of What Prayer Carries
There is a mystery to prayer that I have never felt the need to reduce to a single explanation. I believe deeply in the presence of God, in the abundance of divine love, and in the possibility of miracles. These beliefs have grown through my own spiritual journey and through experiences that have profoundly transformed my understanding of life. Yet prayer also teaches me humility. We may pray for healing and discover strength to face another day. We may pray for clarity and gradually find the courage to make a difficult decision. We may pray for someone we love and experience a deepening tenderness, even while the circumstances remain uncertain.
At times, what unfolds may be very different from what we had hoped for. Prayer invites us to bring our intentions into a greater presence while allowing room for mystery, trust, and the unfolding of life. For me, its beauty also lies in what it awakens within us: compassion, patience, gratitude, forgiveness, and the desire to care more deeply for one another.
A Small Gesture of Love
In a world where so many people carry their struggles quietly, I sometimes wonder how many hearts are waiting for a simple gesture of kindness. A thoughtful message. A moment of listening. A name remembered. A prayer offered in silence. These gestures may appear small, yet they can become meaningful expressions of our shared humanity.
Who Is Praying for You? is my way of keeping such a space open. A place where you may come as you are, with your gratitude, your questions, your hopes, your grief, or the name of someone dear to you. A place where your intention can be received without needing to tell your entire story. A place where prayer becomes another way of saying: you are remembered, and your life matters.
You Are Welcome Here
Perhaps today you are the one offering prayers for others. Perhaps you are the one longing to be held in prayer. And perhaps, like so many of us, you find yourself moving between these two experiences. Wherever you are in your journey, I warmly invite you to visit this space. You may pause and read. You may entrust a name. You may share an intention through the form. Or you may simply remain for a moment in the quiet presence of prayer. May you find tenderness for what you are carrying, peace for what remains uncertain, and the gentle reassurance that love can reach us through the simplest acts of presence.
Who is praying for you?
Perhaps someone already is.
And if you wish, today, I would be honored to hold your name in prayer.
